Are you having problems logging in? If you have not changed your password recently you may need to reset it on Office 365:
- log in to Office 365 (click here)
- make sure you enter your full AECC UC email address
- click on your initials (top right)
- click ‘View Account'
- click 'Change Password'
If you have forgotten your Office 365 password then follow the forgotten password link via Office 365.
Short course students will need to contact the short course administrator in order to reset their password.
Still having problems accessing Moodle? If you have checked your Office 365 access and still cannot access Moodle, please raise the issue for further investigation with our IT Helpdesk (click here)
