If you have an AECC Email account and are encountering an error when attempting to login to the VLE you will need to reset your password on Office 365. In order to reset your password you should log in to Office 365 https://login.microsoftonline.com, click on your initials in the coloured circle to the top right, then click ‘My Account’. If you have forgotten your Office365 password then follow the forgotten password link via office 365. Short course students will need to contact the short course administrator in order to reset their password.
